The Business and Consumer Law Class presents the 2026 HP Mock Trial. This year’s case includes Michael Peterson on trial for 2001 murder of his wife Kathleen Peterson. This famous case was the subject of a 2004 and 2018 Netflix docuseries and a 2022 HBO drama series, both called “The Staircase.” This case contains lots of intrigue, twists and turns.
